Nació de un grupo de amigos apasionados por el fuego y la leña, primero en Condado del Rey, y hoy vive en las alturas de Balboa Boutiques.Eolian takes its name from Aeolus, the Greek god of wind — the breeze that cools this terrace every evening. Born from a group of friends passionate about fire and wood, first in Condado del Rey, and today it lives on in the heights of Balboa Boutiques.

Out of a concert, off a late shift, or the night just ran long — Eolian is still serving smoked brisket, ribs and Angus burgers, not just bar snacks. One of the few rooftops in Panama where you can actually eat after midnight.

We have a lounge area with seating for 20, high tables and the VIP balcony. The 3-hour open bar is quoted per person and can be mixed — not everyone in the group needs the same package.

Estamos en Ave. Balboa, piso 2 del Centro Comercial Balboa Boutiques, abierto todos los días con cocina hasta las 2:00 am. Y en Downtown Amador, que abre viernes y sábados de 6:00 pm a 7:00 am, con cocina hasta las 2:00 am, y en la madrugada del lunes de 2:00 a 6:00 am solo como discoteca. Las dos sedes comparten el mismo menú de BBQ ahumado, parrilla y bar. Al reservar o cotizar eliges la sede.You'll find us on Ave. Balboa, 2nd floor of Balboa Boutiques mall, open every day with the kitchen running until 2:00 am. And in Downtown Amador, open Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 pm to 7:00 am with the kitchen running until 2:00 am, plus Monday from 2:00 to 6:00 am as a nightclub only. Both locations share the same smoked BBQ, grill and bar menu. You choose the location when you book or request a quote.
